A warm welcome to everyone!

Performing at Southern Gospel Music Festival in Penticton, BC was wonderful with over 600 people coming out to enjoy the show. It was a privilege to share the stage with great talent including Billy Chernoff, The Banksons, The Potters Clay, The Young Street Vocal Band, Aaron Halliday and Josie Lambert. Many thanks to Don Stayko of Penticton for the hundreds of hours of organizing such a grand event and to Kelton Bankson for a great job on the sound.

On August 23rd, the first Sundown Country Gospel Music in the Park Concert happened in Oliver, BC. It was a great show featuring Billy Chernoff, Dianne Wirtz and myself. Over 200 people were there to enjoy the show from 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. Many thanks to Shirley Ross for organizing this wonderful event and for her super hospitality. Thanks to Don Osborne for all his help and for the very special limo ride to the concert. What a special treat!

On August 27th., Rick and I played our smooth jazz/oldies set in Greenwood BC at Deadwood Junction Café, in a lovely park-like setting to a wonderful crowd on a beautiful warm evening. Thanks to all for coming out, we sincerely appreciate it, and many thanks to Paula Sittler for inviting us to perform.

My CD jacket is almost complete, so for those of you who have pre-ordered my new CD ‘It’s Time', the wait is almost over. Hopefully in a few weeks it will be in the mail and on its way to you. Thanks so much for your patience.

Wishing you all the very best in September,
Blessings,
Maureen
