July 5th , 2011

Greetings!

It's back to normal for us after our trips away and we are enjoying the warmer weather. We are back to band practices every week and lining up gigs for the summer. We are playing on Thursday, August 4th, at Deadwood Junction in Greenwood B.C., for an outside concert featuring the set of "easy listening smooth jazz" that we played in Mexico. There's no cover charge, just come and enjoy the music from 6:00-9:00 P.M.

Rick will be playing those beautiful full jazz chords on his guitar with Maureen on bass; both Rick and Maureen singing. Drummer, Garry, with a set of conga's will be providing accompanying percussion. Deadwood Junction also features a lovely gift shop, awesome coffees and treats.

It's a wonderful way to spend an evening and we hope to see you there! Check out their website.

For those in the Boundary area, please come for an afternoon event at Fructova, hosted by the Boundary Museum Society! Pie in July and Kids' Day is on July 16th, 1:00.
